PAYG Support has been designed for clients in need of a "one-off" issue resolvement or having a support engineer ready to help with issues without a longer term financial commitment. This type of support has been proven to suit clients who operate on a tight IT budget.

Although clients do not enjoy all the benefits of contracted support our engineers will get to know their system over time and reduce the amount of time spent resolving issues.

Finc IT delivers PAYG support in two formats. Standard PAYG and Pre-Paid Bundles. Pre-Paid Bundles come at reduced cost and can be bought in blocks of 10, 20 and 30 Hours.
